Every shower and bathtub system we supply is backed by EverFab’s industry-leading 30-year limited warranty and a clear, predictable return policy—so your project teams can specify with confidence.
Warranty
Free from defects in material or workmanship for 30 years from the original purchase date—covering every EverFab shower and bathtub system in our catalog.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of receipt with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), provided they are original and unaltered.
Coverage
EverFab warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 30 years. Upon inspection by an authorized representative, EverFab will repair or exchange—at its sole discretion—any unit found to be defective. Exchanges are limited to replacement product of comparable size and style and do not include removal or installation costs.
Photo documentation of the failure is required. Please provide the following when submitting a claim:
Returns
For products that are not covered under the warranty, the following return terms apply. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be approved and issued before any item is returned to EverFab.
25% restocking fee applied to all returns not covered under the EverFab Warranty.
Freight costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Costs to bring the product back to 100% resalable condition will be quoted to the customer for approval. Standard repair rate is $55 per hour.
